Full day Split Safari
Full day split safari into KNP in an open safari vehicle with a qualified professional guide. Will depart at 5:00am from the lodge and return at approximately 11:00. Breakfast/brunch packs are included; a light lunch awaits you on your return.
The second leg of the split drive departs at 14:30 and returns approximately 18:00 depending on the parks closing time. Our Safaris concentrate on the Southern region of KNP recognised as the best game viewing area for the Big 5 also known as the Southern Circle.
Afternoon Sunset Safari
Experience the beautiful African Sunset and some nocturnal animals of Africa with our afternoon sunset safari.
This safari is ideal for early arrivals because it only departs at 14:30 and returns at approximately 18:00 depending on the parks closing times and includes a snack pack.
Quad Bikes
Experience the thrill of a guided quadbike trail on our farm, which borders both Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park.
Our adventures are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to expert riders, making it the perfect outing for the whole family. While our onehour guided trail is a popular option.
Eswatini Hlane Day Tour
Embark on an unforgettable day trip through Eswatini to Hlane Nature Reserve for a 1.5 hour game drive and walk.
Enjoy lunch with a view over the dam and head back to Maqueda Lodge
Eswatini Matsamo Cultural Village Day Tour
Experience the traditional Eswatini way of living, cultural dances including the famous rain dance with authentic African instruments.

Chimp Eden & Botantical Gardens day tour
Get a rare glimpse of our chimpanzees thriving in their semi-wild habitat from our specially designed viewing platforms. Afterward, wander through the stunning Botanical Gardens, where the Crocodile and Nels Rivers create a spectacular, rugged landscape.

Self-drive safari
Marloth Park offers a unique blend of self drive safari opportunities and guided game drives, allowing visitors to explore the area’s wildlife at their own pace or with the expertise of a local guide.
The area’s proximity to Kruger National Park makes it a great starting point for exploring both the park and the surrounding nature reserve
Bird watching
Marloth Park, is a fantastic location for bird watching, with numerous species recorded in the area. The park offers diverse habitats, including riverine forests, savanna, and bushveld, making it a birdwatcher’s paradise.
Marloth Park is home to over 300 bird species, and the greater Kruger Park region boasts over 570.

Early Morning Safari
Early morning safari is a wonderful time to experience the awakening of the bush and KNP come alive.
The safari departs from the Lodge at latest 5:00am with one of our open safari vehicles and guides.
The safari returns at approximately 11:00 and includes a lovely breakfast/ brunch pack.
Kruger Morning Walk
An experience of a lifetime, see hear, smell touch and even taste the bush up-close. A morning walk with armed and trained ranger takes max 8 people on this adventure.
The bushwalk departs between 4:00 and 4:45am depending on the season from Maqueda Lodge. The age limit of the Kruger Walk is 12-65 years. Comfortable walking shoes or boots are essential. No sandals. Neutral coloured clothing is advised and No Smoking is allowed on this walk.
Kruger Bush Dinner
Entering the park, you will embark on an Afternoon Sunset Safari that will take you to the EXCLUSIVE Bush Braai Site. Here guests will enjoy a welcoming drink around the fire and experience the African sunset.
Enjoy a Bush Dinner under the African skies with nature the backdrop and the sounds of Kruger in the background. After dinner guests will depart with the guide on a Night drive and make their way back to Crocodile Bridge to exit the park.

Pumbaa & Sudwala Cave with Zip line day tour
Get ready for a day of unforgettable adventures! Join an expert guide for an extraordinary wildlife encounter at Pumbaa Wildlife Park. Get up close to an array of incredible species, from majestic brown and white lions to cheetahs, black leopards, and so much more.
Then, journey deep into the earth to explore the Sudwala Caves, one of the oldest caves in the world, formed over 240 million years ago. Your guided tour through this ancient wonder concludes with a thrilling and adventurous zipline ride.
Panorama Day Tour
Your adventure begins with a serene visit to the majestic Falls, where we’ll enjoy a peaceful picnic breakfast. Next, the iconic views of the Blyde River Canyon from the spectacular Three Rondavels and the stunning Wonder View.
You’ll then explore the fascinating, water-sculpted formations at Bourke’s Luck Potholes before a delightful lunch. The grand finale awaits at the Graskop Gorge Lift, where you’ll descend into a magnificent forest for an exhilarating and unique perspective.
Marloth Park Bush Walk
Marloth Park shares a 15km border with the Crocodile River and KNP and offers designated walking trails. Enjoy a walk, or jog along the Crocodile River.
You can spot any of the many game species along the way. Take a break by sitting with your binoculars at one of the hides or viewpoints and you might be surprised.
Yoga
We offer yoga exercise at our beautiful Lodge. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and are friendly to all age groups. Either you haven’t done yoga or are looking to stretch, release tension especially from traveling and sitting for a longer period of time, yoga is your friend.
Prebooked sessions are available after your early morning drive in KNP.
